La Forme pans are made of commercial-weight steel- almost 3 times as thick as other bakeware brands - providing even and gentle heat distribution for consistent browning and baking. The 2-layer nonstick interior and exterior coating eliminates the need for flouring pans, resulting in baked goods with a smooth crumb. It also allows for quick and easy release.

Choose from a 6.5" diameter size with a 4.5 cup capacity or a 8.5" diameter size with a 9 cup capacity. Made in Germany.
