Bakers can break from the "everyday" molds with this 9 inch, 12 cup capacity Kaiser Bakeware La Forme Charlotte Bundform Pan. Fashioned after an iron cake form that was used in early Europe, this Charlotte bundform is both unique and of the highest La Forme quality.

La Forme pans are made of commercial-weight steel- almost 3 times as thick as other bakeware brands - providing even and gentle heat distribution for consistent browning and baking. The 2-layer nonstick interior and exterior coating eliminates the need for flouring pans, resulting in baked goods with a smooth crumb. It also allows for quick and easy release. Measures 10" diameter X 5.5" depth. Made in Germany.
