This Kaiser Bakeware La Forme Fluted Flan Pan is perfect for baking your favorite custard, fruit or cheese filled tart or traditional caramel-lined flan.

La Forme pans are made of commercial-weight steel- almost 3 times as thick as other bakeware brands - providing even and gentle heat distribution for consistent browning and baking. The 2-layer nonstick interior and exterior coating eliminates the need for flouring pans, resulting in baked goods with a smooth crumb. It also allows for quick and easy release.

Choose from an 11" diameter with a 5 cup capacity or 12" diameter size with a 7 cup capacity. Made in Germany.
