The timeless beauty of cast-iron cookware is its ability to cook food consistently on any stove top, including modern induction, as well as the oven. This super-size Universal pre-seasoned cast iron griddle is ready to use but will still require periodic seasoning to retain it's natural non-stick cooking properties. Always hand wash using mild soap and warm water and dry thoroughly before placing back in cabinet.

Reversible griddle is flat on one side (ideal for pancakes and eggs) and ribbed on the other (perfect for grilling meats and more). Measures 12 3/4 inches X 8 inches. Sturdy handles for easy balancing of heavy dishes.
