The 2-layer nonstick interior and exterior coating eliminates the need for flouring pans, resulting in baked goods with a smooth crumb. It also allows for quick and easy release. All Kaiser Bakeware pans are safe up to 450 degrees F in the oven. Measures 13" x 9" x 2". Made in Germany.
