DeLonghi’s 7-quart Stand Mixer DSM7 has a wide array of features that set it above most stand mixers. Its brushed die-cast aluminum body and components provide superior quality and durability, while the large 7-quart stainless-steel bowl with handles is a great asset in the kitchen. Also, its heavy-duty 1,000 watt motor (with a 10-year warranty) makes it the most powerful 7-quart stand mixer. The DSM7 boasts a unique mixing action, with a planetary motion between the beater and the beater socket, resulting in thorough and perfect mixing results every time. Combine this with six speeds plus pulse and you have a stand mixer that you’ll use all the time.

Other features include an overload protection device that makes the unit automatically terminate operation if capacity exceeds the suggested amount, plus three large mixing tools: a nonstick stainless-steel dough hook designed to make mixing and kneading quick and effortless, a stainless-steel whisk that produces a light and fluffy texture (ideal for mousses, soufflés, and meringues), and a nonstick flat beater that’s ideal for mixing cake and cookie batter. The DSM7 has four concealed power outlets, a splash guard, and a tilting head lift for quick and easy tool change and bowl removal. Designed and engineered in Italy, this stand mixer measures approximately 25-1/2 inches by 18 inches by 11-3/4 inches and carries a 10-year motor warranty
