Other features include an overload protection device that makes the unit automatically terminate operation if capacity exceeds the suggested amount, plus three large mixing tools: a nonstick stainless-steel dough hook designed to make mixing and kneading quick and effortless, a stainless-steel whisk that produces a light and fluffy texture (ideal for mousses, soufflés, and meringues), and a nonstick flat beater that’s ideal for mixing cake and cookie batter.
